Planning a sweet 16 Birthday Party any ideas?

I am turning 16 in less than a month and I want to have one last birthday party for myself. I was thinking about going camping at a campground with everyone, or going to MOA with a bunch of friends or just having a bonfire and hanging out at my house. I want to keep it as low cost as possible, but I also want people to have a lot of fun and I want people to actually come I am open to any other ideas as well.
