Can our lawyer be lying ?

My boyfriend is on parole and her got into an altercation with the police, her maxes out in 4/26 of this month the copss had beat him up and were very abusive he ended up going to rikers island wea bailed him out and got a paid lawyer and my boyfriendss p.o didn't violate him but a week later when her went to report her wass violated the supivisor told me my boyfriend will be out in 2weeks present day bed hsd court there o. The island this friday but our lawyer said courticaria for him is cancelled and parole was lifting the warrant of violation andr the latest hell be out is friday but her told me on tuesday tht they werest lifting the warrant and now theyre in the process of it his p.o isnt even avaiable... Im stresssed for the night can someone tell me wat this may all sound like ? Hes calling me upsetting me :( ugh i have much more but its personal im stress ss rd grr help
