I'm 18 and have had eczema since I was 15?

Hi like I said I'm 18 male and have had eczema on my back, chest and face since i was 15 and basically I'm fed up of it. I have tried all sorts of creams and tablets, I drink plenty of water and i just doesnt go away. So I was wondering if any one knew of any good methods to get rid of this annoying curse?
